MBA
Program General Learning Objectives
At the completion of the HPU MBA Program, graduates will possess the
following general management abilities:
Economic and Financial Systems
- Graduates will understand global and domestic economic theories
and their application to the business setting.
- Graduates will understand financial theories and markets, the
financial reporting system, and financial analysis.
Value Creation
- Graduates will be able to identify customer needs and participate
in the process of developing products and services to meet these
needs.
- Graduates will understand production models and distribution
systems, and their role in the value creation process.
Business Environment
- Graduates will have an appreciation of the multicultural, political,
environmental, legal and regulatory setting of the organization.

- Graduates will possess a thorough understanding of business

HPUには通常の２年間のMBAプログラムだけでなく、12ヶ月で終了できるプログラムなども用意されています。２年のMBAでもHPUには夏期講習などにMBAコースが多く提供されているので、最初のPREREQUITESさえあらかじめクリアしておけば早い人では１年半で終了することも可能です。１２ヶ月MBAは入学する時期が決まっており、決められたコースを履修していくことになります。（12ヶ月MBAはかなり、厳しいので留学生には不向きだとアドバイザーは言っています。）
Full-Time MBA
HPU's full-time MBA program provides ample opportunity for students
to immerse themselves in a dynamic learning environment for two
exciting years. For students without a business degree, this 24-month
format makes it possible to complete the necessary prerequisites
and transition directly into the MBA program. If you have already
completed your undergraduate business degree or satisfied all of
the prerequisites, you can shorten the two-year program to only
18 months.
12-Month MBA
Hawaii Pacific University is one of the few American business schools
offering an accelerated 12-Month MBA program. Designed for highly
motivated college graduates who have earned a business degree or
completed certain courses in business, the 12-Month MBA offers the
same thorough preparation in an intensive format beginning each
September and running until August.
Weekend MBA for Business Professionals
Hawaii Pacific University is one of the few American business schools
offering an accelerated 12-Month MBA program. Designed for highly
motivated college graduates who have earned a business degree or
completed certain courses in business, the 12-Month MBA offers the
same thorough preparation in an intensive format beginning each
September and running until August.
Flex MBA
The Flex MBA provides a viable alternative for those who wish to
maintain their career path while earning an MBA. The Flex MBA tailors
a flexible format to your schedule. You may select between full
and part-time study, attend day, evening, or weekend classes. You
also have a choice of seven start dates throughout the year. You
may design a flexible sequencing of certain core courses as well
as a choice of electives and have up to seven years to complete
the program.
